We know the anticipation of waiting for your order is real  especially when it's gear you actually care about. That's why we move fast, pack with care, and ship with urgency. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your Scoundrels Merchandise order from us to you.

 

01  WHERE WE SHIP

Scoundrels Merchandise currently ships to all addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping reach so more people can get their hands on our products. If you're located outside the U.S. and want to place an order, reach out to us directly through our Contact Us page and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

 

02 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed on the Scoundrels Merchandise website are processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday  weekends and public holidays don't count. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods new product drops, holiday seasons, or promotional events processing times may run slightly longer than usual. When that happens, we'll communicate any delays to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Your order matters to us and we never leave you in the dark.

Please note: Custom t-shirt orders and handcrafted seasoning blends may require additional production time beyond the standard processing window. This will always be clearly communicated at the time of purchase so you know exactly what to expect.

These are estimated timeframes not guaranteed deadlines. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and circumstances outside our control. We always aim to beat the estimate, not miss it.

 

04  SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order size, total weight, and delivery destination. Everything is displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase  no hidden fees, no surprise charges added after the fact. What you see is what you pay.

From time to time, Scoundrels Merchandise runs free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to know when those go live because free shipping on bar tools and seasoning is always worth knowing about.

 

05 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. We recommend saving this email so you can check your order's progress whenever you want.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, reach out to us and we'll track it down and update you immediately. Nobody gets left wondering where their order is on our watch.

 

06 INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Before you hit confirm on your order, double-check your shipping address. Seriously  take an extra ten seconds. Scoundrels Merchandise cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.

If you catch an error right after placing your order, contact us immediately at the details below. We'll do everything we can to correct it before your order is dispatched. Once processing has started though, changes aren't always possible  so the sooner you reach out, the better.

 

07  LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We pack every Scoundrels Merchandise order with real care  but sometimes things happen in transit that are simply out of our hands. If your order arrives damaged or gets confirmed as lost by the carrier, here's what to do:

If your order arrives damaged:

  •  Take clear photographs of the damaged item and all packaging
  •  Hold onto all original packaging materials
  •  Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your photos and order number

If your package is confirmed lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date
  • Our team will open an investigation with the carrier immediately
  • We'll arrange a replacement shipment or full refund depending on the outcome

We take full responsibility for getting your order to you in the condition it left us. If the carrier drops the ball, we'll still make it right.

 

08 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, an unclaimed package, or a refused delivery, we'll reach out to you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sent orders. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost minus any original shipping fees that were incurred.

 

09  CUSTOM & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT SHIPPING

Our custom t-shirts and handcrafted seasoning blends are made to order and require additional production time before they are ready to ship. Once your custom order is complete and dispatched, the same shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes outlined above apply. We'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your custom order is on its way.

 

10 DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

While we always push to meet every shipping and delivery estimate, Scoundrels Merchandise cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. These include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, peak seasonal demand, customs processing for any cross-border shipments, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you proactively  because leaving customers in the dark is not how we operate. You'll always know what's going on with your order.

 

11 GIFT ORDERS

Sending Scoundrels Merchandise as a gift? Solid choice.  If you're placing an order for someone else, make sure you enter the recipient's correct shipping address at checkout. We include a standard packing slip with all orders  if you'd like this removed for a gift shipment, simply note it in the order comments at checkout and we'll take care of it.

 

12 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Scoundrels Merchandise reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, carrier partnerships, or applicable regulations. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and will take effect immediately. We recommend checking this page before placing a new order to make sure you're always up to speed.
