03 PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS & AVAILABILITY

We put real effort into making sure every product description, photograph, price, and specification on our website is accurate and up to date. That said, colors and textures may look slightly different on screen depending on your device's display settings  that's just the nature of digital photography, not a product defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we'll contact you promptly and offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund  whichever works best for you.

 

04 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom t-shirt designs and personalized seasoning blends are made specifically for you. When placing a custom order, it is your responsibility to ensure that all submitted details  including design preferences, sizing, flavors, and specifications  are accurate and complete before confirming your order.

Because custom orders are created exclusively for the individual customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed at the time of order. If you spot an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to correct it before production begins.

 

05 PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on the Scoundrels Merchandise website are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at our discretion even after an order has been placed. If this happens, we'll notify you immediately and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards along with any additional payment methods clearly displayed at checkout. Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase. During busy periods new product launches, holidays, or promotional events processing times may run slightly longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.

Scoundrels Merchandise reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

 

07 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Scoundrels Merchandise ships to all addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises.

These are estimated timeframes not guarantees. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package in real time. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

08 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return or exchange process.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in original unaltered condition
  • In original packaging with all components intact
  • Reported within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Please note: Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by an error on our end. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

09 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We pack every order with care  but if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we'll sort it out fast replacement or full refund, no drama.

Our handcrafted seasoning blends are made with quality ingredients for both home and commercial use. By purchasing our seasoning products, you confirm that you have reviewed the full ingredient list and are not knowingly purchasing a product that contains ingredients you or anyone consuming it may be allergic to. Scoundrels Merchandise is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to review product ingredients prior to use.
